ARE 4.0
In July 2008, NCARB launched ARE 4.0. This version of the Architectural Registration Exam updates and improves the current format by combining graphic and multiple-choice content in each division of the exam. ARE 4.0 emphasizes the problem-solving skills architects regularly use in day-to-day practice.
