Learn about the challenges and how-to's of designing a net zero energy spec home in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Meditch Murphey Architects will share their design strategies, lessons learned and next steps in the emerging zero energy housing market.

The 25 Architects series intends to educate the public about good design in an urban or suburban context. Award-winning members of the Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects show effective strategies for home design and remodeling projects. Interactive sessions include time for questions and answers.
