Do you know what resources are available for small architectural firms?
Nearly 90% of all architecture firms are considered "small." Life is hard for the little guy -- but it doesn't have to be! Sara O'Neil-Manion is AIA's regional representative for small firms in DC, Potomac Valley, and Baltimore, and she's here to help. Sara will lead our Small Firm Roundtable, giving small firm owners and their staff an opportunity to voice their concerns, and the tools and confidence to compete with the "big guys."
After attending this presentation, participants will be able to:
1.) define what the Small Business Administration considers a "small architectural firm;"
2.) identify the common accounting and business errors that small architectural firms make;
3.) access the AIA's many resources for small architectural firms; and
4.) confidently compete with firms of all sizes.
